<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The importance of multicultural counseling has been widely recognized and discussed. Counselors must be aware of multiple cultures when dealing with multicultural clients. This paper focuses on an in-depth literature review of counseling effectiveness that can be improved by reviewing previous studies that historically analyzed multicultural counseling practices. More specifically, the literature review may frame findings from previous studies examining gaps in multicultural counseling competencies. Most of these studies are based on effectiveness definitions and competencies of cross-cultural counseling. So, this paper highlights the competencies of multicultural counseling in the world, identifying strengths, weaknesses and challenges using a narrative literature review method in order to continue to make meaningful contributions to the profession, bridge gaps and begin to develop a strong competency base for the future of MCC. In addition to some recommendations that deserve further research for future studies.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">In the 21st century, adolescents will experience changing career paths and need the skills to seek information about themselves and the environment, including understanding the ability, interests, and values that will affect career satisfaction and decision-making. To obtain this information, adolescents need the opportunity to be involved in career exploration activities. Career exploration can be developed by guidance and counseling teachers by providing guidance services related to career exploration. This study aims to discuss the development of various guidance services to develop career exploration for adolescents in Indonesia. This research method uses a literature review examining various relevant reference sources related to career exploration based on the last ten years. The results revealed that there were still advantages and disadvantages in implementing career exploration guidance services that can be used as evaluation material in developing career exploration guidance services for adolescents. It can be concluded that the guidance service to develop adolescent career exploration is growing and can help adolescents to develop their career exploration.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to analyze career decision-making skills from a Sundanese cultural perspective which is characteristic of Sundanese culture, Sundanese people's interests are synonymous with less challenging career choices and the difficulty of making career decisions because they adhere to the life principle &quot;Kudu ngukur ka julur&quot; (must adjust to one's own abilities) and “Tong sok getas harupateun” (don't take steps rashly). This is contrary to one of the Sundanese cultural values, namely the singer which means being a proactive person with a high work ethic, and is skilled. The conclusion of this study is that career decision making will have an impact on overall and sustainable career satisfaction, regardless of cultural background which includes gender and ethnicity. In making career decisions, each individual thinks about his career and how his thought processes will affect his career, especially those related to interests, abilities, values, job preferences, and the world of work. For this reason, career counseling guidance is here to help each individual make career-related decisions and effectively manage a career during their lifetime, including developing emotional resilience to overcome challenges that arise as their work life progresses</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Counseling is a process to help individuals overcome obstacles to their own development and achieve optimal development of their personal abilities. Given that the people being assisted come from different cultural backgrounds, a deep understanding of counseling services is required. Multicultural counseling, also known as cross-cultural counseling, is a form of counseling to understand clients with different background characteristics. The type of research used by researchers in this research is library research or library research. In carrying out educational activities, multicultural education must also be taught in classrooms, schools and to build students'' and teachers'' critical awareness of what is happening at the moment. The main goal of multicultural education is to make the younger generation become agents to reduce inter-group conflicts (SARA), which usually involve radicalism movements that often occur in Indonesia. Being able to be a role model who is able to accept differences with full tolerance makes the teacher''s task as an educator, this must be balanced with a holistic understanding of multicultural concepts. The attitude that must be changed or improved is that what is must be changed to universalism, with the hope of giving birth to a generation ready to live in tolerance (tasamuh) and multiculturalism, so that there is no exclusive attitude which can make students extreme towards their understanding and less able to have a sense of tolerance and differences between other students (Nugraha, Agung, 2018).</dc:description>

	<dc:subject xml:lang="en-US">deterrence of radicalism, multicultural education</dc:subject>
<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Students who are in the age range of 18 to 21 years are in their late teens. They have a high curiosity, one of which is on the spiritual aspect. They are looking for their true identity to define the right way of life according to the guidance of the Qur'an and As-Sunnah. Viewed from a social perspective, students come from various regions, ethnicities with different religious understanding and diverse social backgrounds, so multiculturalism is reflected in Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Thus, there is a potential for integrative and disintegrative values among students. Efforts to define the life meaning and identity that is not fortified by correct religious understanding and the influence of friendship based on disintegrative values can lead to radicalism. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to counteract the understanding of radicalism among students through multicultural education, so that the true meaning of life according to the guidance of the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah through integrative values can be internalized in thoughts and attitudes and manifested in actions. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that there is increased understanding of the dangers of radicalism so that exclusive understanding of religious doctrines can be minimized and radicalism can be prevented through multicultural education.</dc:description>

Cultural diversity is also triggered by globalization where interactions between people from various nations make their respective cultures mingle and even influence each other. In societies, cultural diversity benefits everyone both in professional and educational environments. It paves the way to more empathy and compassion, deepened learning, better problem solving as well as approaches the world from various perspectives. In the context of schools where students are increasingly diverse, multicultural education becomes important to teach so that students' cultural empathy increases and can minimize conflicts between students caused by cultural differences.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The diversity among students serves as a valuable potential for fostering dynamic interactions and personal growth. To harness this potential, every student must cultivate multicultural awareness, which does not develop automatically but requires intentional efforts from an early stage. This article highlights the critical importance of strengths-based multicultural counseling and its relevance in the 21st century. The study utilizes a literature review as a methodological approach to emphasize the significance of strengths-based multicultural counseling, focusing on the opportunities and challenges faced by counselors and guidance teachers in contemporary contexts. Findings from the study reveal that strengths-based multicultural counseling is recognized as a &quot;fourth force&quot; or dimension within the counseling field, positioned alongside humanism, behaviorism, and psychodynamics. This approach emphasizes the need for cultural competence in counselors, encompassing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for professional practice in strengths-based multicultural counseling. Counselors are encouraged to view this method as a long-term relational process rather than a temporary intervention, given its implications for problem-solving and fostering understanding of diverse values among students. The counseling process thus becomes a</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Indonesia has a high commitment in organizing inclusive education, but there are several problems in inclusive schools, namely children with special needs often feel isolated in their classes, get bullied by their peers, and they are not socially integrated. The purpose of this study is to analyze aspects of students' social skills to improve social inclusion in schools, so that children with special needs get good acceptance by their peers and academically have meaningful learning. Based on the results of the literature study review, the aspects of social skills that students need to have in improving social inclusion are (1) students' social interaction skills with their friends who have special needs, (2) students' social awareness of their differences with their friends who have special needs, (3) students' emotional control in dealing with their friends who have special needs, and (4) students' participation skills to be able to involve their friends who have special needs in the peer group social structure. It is hoped that by developing these aspects of social skills, it can improve social inclusion in schools, so that students with special needs can be integrated both socially and academically.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">After completing their education at university, students will face a world that is much different from campus world. How mature these students are to start their career and their readiness to face the world of work are important things to research. This research was carried out with a quantitative approach to see the connection between these two variables. This research was conducted on 184 final-year students at the UNJANI Faculty of Psychology using Sample Random Sampling techniques. The measurements used are the Career Maturity Inventory-Form C questionnaire proposed by Crites &amp;amp; Savickas (2011) and the Employability questionnaire, which is an adaptation of the measuring tool created by Pool &amp;amp; Sewell (2007). Data processing is JASP 0.14.1.0 for Windows which uses Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, so the reliability test results of the measuring instrument are 0.924 and employability 0.975. The research results show that there is a low positive connection between Career Maturity and Employability (r = 0.147*, p &amp;lt; 0.05), meaning that there is a positive connection between Career Maturity and Employability. However, if the subject has high Career Maturity, it does not necessarily mean that his Employability is high as well. Currently, students with high Career Maturity are at 27.17%, medium ones are at 61.41% and low ones are at 11.41%. As for Employability, 16.4% of students are found to have high Employability, 69% are medium and 14.6% are low.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Generation Z students, who were born and developed in the digital era, face unique challenges in career development and academic achievement. The characteristics of those who tend to rely on technology to communicate and learn often conflict with traditional academic and career expectations. This research aims to analyze the application of strengths-based school counseling in optimizing the potential of Generation Z students. Through a literature review approach, this study evaluates the impact of this approach on their academic motivation and career readiness. The findings show that strengths-based guidance can improve students' self-confidence, coping strategies, and emotional regulation. In addition, this approach, which utilizes digital technology as an interactive medium, provides positive results in supporting the development of student potential. Adapting coaching methods to the unique characteristics of Generation Z, such as their preference for technology and online communication, has been shown to strengthen the effectiveness of this approach. The research conclusions underscore the importance of adaptation in the implementation of strengths-based guidance to address the specific needs of Generation Z students, thereby helping them overcome academic challenges and achieve future career success. This research provides strategic insights for educators and school counselors to support holistic student development in an era that continues to change.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Social media has become an integral part of adolescents' lives, but it also brings negative impacts such as social pressure, depression, and anxiety. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Strength-Based Counseling (SBC) in increasing adolescent resilience to social media pressure through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The data used came from 321 articles which were then filtered into 10 articles that met the inclusion criteria. this study identified that SBC is effective in helping adolescents manage emotional stress, reduce the negative impacts of social media, and improve mental health and psychological resilience. Strength-Based Counseling focuses on developing individual strengths, such as self-control, positive thinking skills, and emotional management, which have been shown to significantly increase resilience. These results indicate the potential of SBC as a relevant and applicable counseling approach in educational settings to support adolescent well-being in the digital era.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This literature review explores the interplay of strengths, positive emotions, and critical thinking within the counseling practice. This literature review used a methodical approach that included a thorough search strategy in order to find and choose peer-reviewed journal articles published within the last ten years that focused on the interaction between strengths, positive emotions, and critical thinking in the counseling practice. Guided by a strengths-based approach, the review investigates how fostering positive emotions, including as appreciation, pleasure, and hope, might assist the discovery and application of client strengths. This review focused on empirical research articles, including quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods studies, that specifically examined the interaction between the three core constructs within the counseling context, excluding dissertations, theses, and studies focusing solely on one construct, while employing a systematic data extraction process with inter-rater reliability checks, followed by rigorous thematic analysis of the collected data. The review also explores the critical thinking abilities that are most important for enhancing the effectiveness of strengths-based therapies, including analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving.The review concludes by examining methods for incorporating critical thinking into the counseling process, such as Socratic questioning, reflective exercises, and cooperative goal planning. The results point to a synergistic interaction between critical thinking, positive emotions, and strengths that has a great deal of potential to improve client outcomes. The review does, however, also stress the significance of a well-rounded strategy that recognizes and deals with both happy and negative emotions during the counseling process.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The study aims to determine the role of teachers in shaping student character after the co-19 pandemic through civic education learning in class IV of SD Negeri 200217 Padangsidimpuan. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this study were the principal as the key informant and the fourth grade teacher as the main informant. Data collection techniques used: 1) observation, and 2) interview. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the role of homeroom teacher IV as a teacher at SD Negeri 200217 Padangsidimpuan in shaping student character through civic education learning has been done as much as possible by making learning objectives, presenting material, making learning activities, and rules based on student character building. This can be seen from the existence of character lesson plans and syllabus, teachers who describe the values contained in the material, create active and efficient learning activities with the application of new methods and ideas, and the existence of regulations that have implications for educated values. Teachers have also modelled and practised good behaviour with students inside and outside the classroom. This shows that teachers play a role as teachers in shaping student character after the co-19 pandemic through civic education learning.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Strength-based counseling are grounded in the principles of positive psychology, emphasizing the recognition and development of individual strengths to enhance personal and interpersonal achievement. This approach fosters self-awareness and better relationships by encouraging individuals to recognize their strengths and those of others. Research indicates that a strengths-based approach can lead to a 50% increase in social relationships. The theory encompasses ten key propositions, including the ability to adapt and self-improve, the relationship between strengths and basic psychological needs, and the capacity for ongoing strength development influenced by various factors. Additionally, it highlights the variability of strength levels based on environmental context, the dialectical nature of strengths arising from challenges, and the importance of encouragement and effort recognition in motivating change. Ultimately, this model reinforces the significance of hope as a catalyst for transforming dysfunctional behaviors, fostering resilience, and promoting social competence.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This research discusses the development of a Guidance and Counseling model based on an Islamic perspective that is relevant to the needs of Indonesian society. The main problem is the dominance of Western psychological approaches in counseling services in Indonesia, which often ignore the spiritual dimension, even though the majority of Indonesian society is religious. This research aims to integrate Islamic values into Guidance and Counseling practices in order to improve individual psychological and spiritual well-being. The research method involves literature analysis and case studies at the IKIP Siliwangi Cimahi campus. This approach emphasizes the integration of Al-Qur'an and Hadith values in the counseling process, such as the use of prayer, dhikr, and advice based on Islamic teachings. The research results show that the Islamic Guidance and Counseling model is able to provide holistic solutions, including psychological and spiritual aspects, and is more relevant to Indonesian culture. This model increases the effectiveness of Guidance and Counseling services in helping individuals overcome problems, develop personal potential, and achieve prosperity in the world and the hereafter.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Academic resilience is considered an asset in human characteristics and is a psychological construction that can be observed in some individuals which explains success despite experiencing difficulties. Individuals with poor academic resilience are feared to be unable to adapt to change, demands, and disappointment due to academic problems. Academic resilience can be seen when individuals face problematic experiences and know how to deal with or adapt to them. Academic resilience is a topic that is increasingly being researched so that developments related to definitions, measurement tools and interventions are increasingly diverse. Increasing individual academic resilience can be done through intervention, one of which is through guidance and counseling services. This study aims to synthesize various concepts related to academic resilience and test the effectiveness of guidance and counseling services to increase academic resilience by using literature reviews from several relevant sources.</dc:description>

Academic procrastination is closely related to failure in self-regulation (self-regulation). Self-regulation refers to self-generated thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are oriented towards achieving personal goals (Park &amp;amp; Sperling, 2012; Zimmerman, 2000). Individuals who havelow self-regulationtend to do acts of procrastination, because of the ability to doself-regulation or self-regulation is an important factor influencing the emergence of procrastination behavior in students (Steel, 2007) Students with Learning Disabilities (LD) were found to experience lower levels of regulation than their Non Learning Disabilities (NLD) counterparts due to incorrect theories about self, task, and effort required (Butler, 1996; Pintrich, Anderman, &amp;amp; Klobucar, 1994) and because of difficulty in choosing. , implement, and monitor appropriate learning strategies.</dc:description>

	<dc:creator>Supriani, Sri Agus </dc:creator>
	<dc:subject xml:lang="en-US">guidance services, self-regulated learning, adolescent students</dc:subject>
<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Adolescents with good self-regulation skills can easily control and regulate themselves cognitively, emotionally, and behaviorally. They will complete their developmental tasks obediently, disciplined, and comply with existing rules. In addition, they will not play truant, will not create riots, and will not be late in completing their tasks. This research uses a systematic literature review method with a qualitative approach. This method aims to discover, evaluate, and interpret research results related to a particular research question, subject, or phenomenon of interest. This research's results illustrate that classical and group guidance services are considered effective interventions for students in self-regulated learning research. In the ten-year research period, there is much research on self-regulated learning in middle school to high school or teenage students.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Youtube, as a giant video platform, has had a huge impact on the behavior and habits of generation Z. Phubbing (Phone Snubbing) and FoMO (Fear of Missing Out) are two psychological phenomena that can be related to the use of Youtube and social media in general. It is always important to understand and manage digital behavior patterns wisely to create a healthy balance between the virtual world and the real world. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. Sampling used random sampling techniques, the sample in this study was 151 high school students in Padang City. The scales used in this research are the FoMO and Phubbing scales. This research uses three analyses, including: 1) descriptive test of FoMO and Phubbing in Padang City; 2) descriptive test of students' FoMO and Phubbing based on gender; 3) descriptive test of students' FoMO and Phubbing based on 1 month quota usage; 4) descriptive test of students' FoMO and Phubbing based on internet access; and 5) The connection between social media and internet access. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis with the help of JASP software. The results of the research are: 1) Testing FoMO-Phubbing Conditions Based on Gender shows that there is no significant difference between the levels of FoMO and phubbing between male and female students, 2) Testing FoMO-Phubbing Conditions Based on 1 Month Quota, shows that the sample group that uses quota of more than 4 Gb has the highest phubbing score, then in the FoMO score, the sample group that uses cellular data quota in the 1 Gb to 4 Gb category with tethering has the highest FoMO score, 3) Testing FoMO-Phubbing Conditions Based on Internet Access shows that the score is good FoMO and phubbing students use their own internet quota access. This shows that, without dependence on a particular type of internet access, both FoMO and phubbing remain related to the use of mobile data quota. 5) The association between internet access and social media tendencies suggests that students who use tethering access to watch YouTube may have different experiences or behaviors. different in terms of FoMO (Fear of Missing Out; figure 5) and phubbing compared to those who use personal quotas to access other social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. the results of this study remind us of the importance of considering differences in the use of internet access and social media platforms when designing educational interventions or programs aimed at reducing the negative impact of FoMO and phubbing on students.</dc:description>

	<dc:creator>Rosita, Tita </dc:creator>
	<dc:subject xml:lang="en-US">Attachment, Psychological Well-Being, Teenagers, Parental Divorce</dc:subject>
<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Well-being can affect a person's mental health, this is because the positive emotions produced will make their mental condition better. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of attachment on the psychological well-being of adolescents with divorced parents. The research method used is literature study, with research subjects being teenage students with divorced parents. Based on the results of a literature review, teenagers with divorced parents tend to have low psychological well-being due to a lack of parental attachment, which causes teenagers to have insecure attachment. Insecure attachment is related to a high aspect of alienation, which is indicated by difficulty accepting oneself, difficulty accepting situations, feelings of being unwanted and unneeded, and fear of building relationships with other people. This is because they lose their main attachment figure, namely their parents. So teenagers also tend to feel sad, lonely, embarrassed, sensitive, have low self-esteem and withdraw from the environment. However, if teenagers have peer attachment, they can minimize the impact of divorce on low psychological well-being. This is because peer attachment functions as a source of psychological security for teenagers because they receive affection from their peers, apart from that it provides an experience of mutual trust and openness in communication which gives teenagers a new space to get positive affection.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Violence in educational settings remains a critical issue that causes psychological trauma, perpetuates intergenerational cycles of aggression, and undermines the role of schools as safe spaces for students. This study aims to explore the cultural dynamics of nonviolence in schools through conceptual analysis, bibliometric review, and a quantitative survey. The adapted Teenage Nonviolence Test (TNT) for Indonesian adolescents was employed, measuring four key dimensions: Physical Nonviolence, Psychological Nonviolence, Satyagraha, and Tapasya. Data were collected from junior high school students from both conventional schools and Islamic boarding schools, analyzed using descriptive-analytic methods, one-way ANOVA, and supported by qualitative insights. The findings indicate that the culture of nonviolence in schools remains underdeveloped and is strongly influenced by protective factors within families and communities. Bibliometric analysis further revealed that nonviolence research over the past decade has been dominated by philosophical, legal, and political perspectives, while counseling and psychology remain underexplored. This study highlights the need for a systemic approach to foster a safe, inclusive educational environment grounded in nonviolent values, positioning nonviolence not only as a strategy to prevent harm but also as a pathway to positive peace and social justice.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The integration of digital and critical thinking skills is crucial in 21st-century education and counseling. Transformative counseling, which aims to facilitate profound change through critical self-reflection, requires innovative media to achieve its goals. The AI-Based CRITING E-Modul was developed to enhance these competencies, but its conceptual alignment with transformative counseling principles needed systematic validation. Objective: This study aimed to analyze and prioritize the relevance of the CRITING E-Modul's components to the core principles of transformative counseling using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Methods: This evaluative study involved five experts in transformative counseling and educational technology. Through pairwise comparison questionnaires, experts judged the relative importance of four main criteria: Critical Reflection, Self-Direction, Disorienting Dilemma, and Contextualization. Results: The AHP analysis revealed that Critical Reflection (weight: 0.415) was the most significant principle, followed by Self-Direction (0.285), Disorienting Dilemma (0.185), and Contextualization (0.115). All consistency ratios (CR &amp;lt; 0.1) indicated acceptable judgment consistency. Conclusions: The AHP method provides a robust framework for validating the relevance of an educational innovation to a theoretical counseling paradigm. The CRITING E-Modul is deemed highly relevant to transformative counseling, primarily through its mechanism of stimulating critical reflection via AI-generated feedback, offering a structured medium for clients or counselor trainees to engage in critical self-examination and cognitive restructuring. This Study provides both a methodological framework and practical guidance for integrating AI tools in counseling context.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Thematic learning is a type of career guidance service that can be applied in early childhood education and is considered effective because its learning themes introduce various kinds of work. This study aims to analyze career guidance services for early childhood through the thematic learning process. The research employed the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by reviewing five research journal articles and two undergraduate theses accessible online. Data were collected using documentation techniques and analyzed using grounded theory with the Straussian approach. The findings indicate that career guidance services can be integrated into thematic learning in early childhood education through learning methods and media that are easy for teachers to understand and apply. This approach is particularly effective when implemented by educators with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood teacher education, as it helps address the limited involvement of guidance and counseling teachers in PAUD. Furthermore, integrating career guidance principles into thematic learning through systematic lesson planning allows the introduction of work-related concepts to children through themes relevant to their daily environment, fostering structured and focused career development from an early age.</dc:description>

This study aims to formulate a systematic, transformative BK management model based on Islamic values. Using qualitative case study methods and inductive data analysis, a results-oriented, data-driven managerial framework was developed. The results emphasize that BK must go through the P-O-A-C stages integrated with Islamic values, supported by strong collaboration between stakeholders, and implement digital innovation to overcome implementation challenges and achieve the development of Perfect Humans in the digital era.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to explore the integration of multicultural and transformative counseling approaches in counseling practice and their impact on counselee. Using a qualitative reflective-critical approach, the study collected data through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with counseling practitioners and counselee who have undergone counseling based on both approaches. The results show that, despite challenges in combining techniques from both approaches, counselee reported positive changes in their self-awareness and sense of identity. Practitioners who are sensitive to cultural diversity and adapt their counseling techniques reflectively to meet the needs of counselee are more successful in creating a safe and effective counseling space. This study concludes that the integration of multicultural and transformative counseling can have a significant impact on counselee but requires flexibility and critical reflection from practitioners. The implications of this study highlight the need for ongoing training for practitioners to develop skills in effectively integrating both approaches while considering cultural factors in every counseling session.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The purpose of this study is to examine the soft skills needed to counsel children with special needs in schools. This study uses a qualitative method with literature review. The soft skills examined in this study include the skills needed to implement counseling for various children with special needs, which must be trained by undergraduate students majoring in guidance and counseling and psychology. Based on the results of the study, in order to train soft skills for counseling children with special needs, there needs to be an integration of counseling practicum courses in collaboration with several disability communities and schools that have children with special needs, so that the counseling practicum process can be more factual with the needs in inclusive schools. The soft skills that need to be trained in counseling children with special needs are the ability to empathize, the ability to solve problems with diverse student disabilities, and effective communication.

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Reflective supervision has emerged as a critical component in the professional development of school counselors, yet a comprehensive synthesis of existing models and their outcomes remains limited.&amp;nbsp;Purpose:&amp;nbsp; This narrative review aims to identify and analyze various reflective supervision models used in school counseling contexts and examine their reported impacts on counselors' professional growth.&amp;nbsp; Methods:&amp;nbsp;A narrative review methodology was employed, analyzing articles published between 2018 and 2024 from Google Scholar and ERIC databases. Search terms included &quot;reflective supervision,&quot; &quot;school counseling,&quot; &quot;clinical supervision,&quot; and &quot;counselor development.&quot;&amp;nbsp; Results:&amp;nbsp;Analysis of 22 relevant studies revealed three predominant supervision models: (1) the Developmental Model, (2) the Competency-Based Model, and (3) the Reflective Practice Model. Common elements across models included structured reflection sessions, collaborative feedback, and relationship-focused approaches. Reported outcomes encompassed enhanced self-efficacy, reduced burnout, improved counseling competencies, and increased job satisfaction among school counselors.&amp;nbsp; Conclusion:&amp;nbsp;Reflective supervision, when implemented through structured models, significantly contributes to the professional growth of school counselors. The findings suggest the need for context-adapted models, particularly in educational settings with limited supervisory resources. This review provides a foundation for developing culturally responsive supervision frameworks in diverse school contexts.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to test the effectiveness of group guidance services with mind mapping techniques in improving the career planning of ninth-grade students of SMP Negeri 16 Cimahi. The research method used is a mixed method with an exploratory sequential design, combining a quantitative approach through a quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design and a qualitative approach through interviews and observations. The study population was 189 ninth-grade students, with a sample of 17 students who had a low level of career planning, consisting of 9 students in the experimental group and 8 students in the control group. The research instrument used a career planning questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.705), with 29 valid items out of 41 items tested. The results showed a significant increase in the experimental group, with an average pretest score of 74.9 increasing to 94.8 in the posttest. The paired sample t-test produced a significance value of 0.000 (p &amp;lt; 0.05) and a t-value of -11.370, which indicated a significant difference between before and after treatment. The N-Gain test showed an average value of 0.7908 or 79.08%, which is included in the high and effective category. Qualitative findings through interviews and observations strengthen the quantitative results, indicating that students experienced increased self-understanding, the ability to explore career options, and skills to develop concrete steps in career planning. This study concludes that group guidance services using mind mapping techniques are effective as a strategy to optimize junior high school students' career planning, particularly in helping students organize information visually, develop creativity, and improve a holistic understanding of their future planning. The practical implications of this study contribute to guidance and counseling teachers in developing services that are innovative, attractive, and appropriate to the developmental characteristics of junior high school students.</dc:description>
