Benefits of Noni Fruit Tea in Lowering People's Hypertension

Hypertension is one of the most dangerous non-communicable diseases. Hypertension is also called the silent killer because this disease often causes no symptoms but can increase morbidity and mortality. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of noni fruit tea in reducing hypertension. This national article search was conducted with databases such as google scohlar. With keywords: “hypertension”. ‘noni fruit tea extract’. And the author found 5 relevant articles 2018-2023. Each of them represents the effectiveness of noni fruit tea in reducing hypertension against all samples. Shows mengkudu (Morindacitrifolia L.) can reduce blood pressure because of the content of active ingredients including scopoletin can reduce peripheral resistance and xeronin works as a diuretic that can increase urine volume. Mengkudu (Morindacitrifolia L.) is safe to consume because it is classified as a non-toxic substance. Hypertensive patients can consume 2 times a day, namely at 20-30 minutes before breakfast and 20-30 minutes before dinner.

Assertive Behaviour as an Effort to Reduce People-Pleasing Attitudes

This study aims to reduce people-pleasing behavior while maintaining rational rights, enabling students to build healthy friendships through assertive behavior without diminishing empathy. The subjects of this study are female students from Mambaul Ulum Bata Bata Pamekasan. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques through observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis. The results of the study show that there are various ways to reduce people-pleasing behavior, including learning and practicing assertive behavior, such as expressing opinions clearly and firmly without offending others. The conclusion of the study reveals that by adopting assertive behavior, students can reduce the tendency to always please others, allowing them to maintain their rational rights and build healthier friendships. The contribution of this research is expected to provide new insights into character development in students, particularly in the aspects of interpersonal relationships and emotional management

Baretong Night Tradition in Sasak Village, Sasak Ranah Pasisie Subdistrict

The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning and position of the Baretong Night tradition in Sasak Village, Sasak Ranah Pasisie District, as a form of local wisdom. This research uses a qualitative study method, with the subjects being local figures, scholars, and various layers of society. The research findings reveal that the Baretong Night tradition in Pondok Sasak, Sasak Ranah Pasisie District, is a local wisdom that should be preserved and has been passed down from generation to generation. The conclusion reveals that the Baretong Night tradition is one of the practices agreed upon by the community, involving active participation from society to help and support the success of the wedding ceremony. The contribution of this research serves as a consideration for the community, the government, and families in making decisions and together preserving and passing on this local culture to future generations.

This research is motivated by the spirit of a healthy life which will increase motivation in learning. One of the Tridharma of Higher Education that must be carried out is to do community service. One of them is holding a Healthy Saturday activity for students which aims to improve body fitness by doing gymnastic activities with the entire academic community which is located at the Wonogiri Kars Museum and continued by exploring a through cave at the Kars Museum. The subjects in this study were Muhammadiyah Elementary School students in the Pracimantoro Special Program. The purpose of this research is to improve the body fitness of all elementary school students and school personnel, increase body immunity, instill a healthy lifestyle and care for the environment. It is hoped that various Healthy Saturday community service activities can provide benefits to Muhammadiyah Elementary School students in improving body fitness and increasing student motivation in learning.

The Role of Public Relations in Crisis Management at PT Garuda Indonesia Following the Boeing G. 737/400 Aircraft Accident in 2010

This study aims to analyze the crisis management strategies implemented by PT Garuda Indonesia after the Boeing G.737/400 aircraft accident in 2010, as well as the role of Public Relations (PR) in handling the crisis. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, aimed at describing and explaining the crisis management strategies and the role of PR in managing the crisis faced by PT Garuda Indonesia. The findings indicate that the PR Board at PT Garuda Indonesia handled the crisis effectively through various strategic steps. However, some key crisis management principles were not fully implemented. Overall, Garuda's PR department performed well, including helping the company recover in the aftermath of the crisis. PR played a crucial role in crisis management by acting as a facilitator and mediator between the company and its public. Despite some shortcomings in certain areas, PR successfully contributed to restoring the company’s image and mitigating the impact of the crisis. This study contributes to the development of crisis management theory and practice, particularly in the context of Public Relations, by providing insights into how PR can assist organizations in overcoming and recovering from major crises
