Sabtu Sehat sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Kebugaran Warga Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah

This research is motivated by the spirit of a healthy life which will increase motivation in learning. One of the Tridharma of Higher Education that must be carried out is to do community service. One of them is holding a Healthy Saturday activity for students which aims to improve body fitness by doing gymnastic activities with the entire academic community which is located at the Wonogiri Kars Museum and continued by exploring a through cave at the Kars Museum. The subjects in this study were Muhammadiyah Elementary School students in the Pracimantoro Special Program. The purpose of this research is to improve the body fitness of all elementary school students and school personnel, increase body immunity, instill a healthy lifestyle and care for the environment. It is hoped that various Healthy Saturday community service activities can provide benefits to Muhammadiyah Elementary School students in improving body fitness and increasing student motivation in learning.
