Journal of Gender and Millennium Development Studies (JGMDS) adheres to the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), which advocates for free and unrestricted access to scholarly research. In line with this commitment, JGMDS provides immediate open access to all published content, based on the belief that unrestricted access to research enhances the global exchange of knowledge, encourages scholarly collaboration, and supports the advancement in Gender and Millennium Development

Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant JGMDS the right of first publication.
