Editorial Process and Decision-Making Policy: All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to evaluate their suitability, originality, and compliance with the journal’s scope and submission guidelines. Manuscripts that pass this stage proceed to peer review. The Editorial Team makes the final decision on submitted manuscripts (acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection) based on reviewers' recommendations, the manuscript's alignment with JGMDS's scope, as well as publication ethics and editorial policies. Peer Review Process: JGMDS employs a double-blind peer-review process. Manuscripts that pass the initial editorial screening are evaluated by independent expert reviewers, with the identities of both authors and reviewers remaining anonymous throughout the review process. This platform is used to manage the entire editorial workflow, from manuscript submission, peer review, and editing to online publication. This enables efficient journal management for JGMDS, transparent editorial processes, and greater accessibility and visibility for scholarly publications.
