Editorial Process and Decision-Making Policy: All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to evaluate their suitability, originality, and compliance with the journal’s scope and submission guidelines. Manuscripts that pass this stage proceed to peer review. Manuscripts that pass the initial editorial screening are evaluated by independent expert reviewers, with the identities of both authors and reviewers remaining anonymous throughout the review process.
