Submission: Before submission, authors must ensure that they have read the Editorial Policies and the Guidelines for Manuscript Preparation. Manuscripts must comply with the IJITL template, be free of plagiarism, and include a completed Author Statement Form. Manuscripts that do not align with the journal’s focus and scope will be desk rejected. Only manuscripts that meet IJITL standards will proceed to peer review.

Editorial Process: JGMDS implements a rigorous and transparent double-blind peer review process managed by the Editorial Team to ensure the quality, objectivity, and credibility of published research while upholding academic integrity and professional standards. All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to assess their suitability, originality, and compliance with the journal’s scope and submission guidelines. Manuscripts that successfully pass this stage proceed to the peer-review process, where they are evaluated by independent reviewers under a double-blind review system. Based on the reviewers’ evaluations and recommendations, the Editorial Team makes the final publication decision, which may result in acceptance, revision, or rejection.
