Submission: Before submission, authors must ensure that they have read the Editorial Policies and the Guidelines for Manuscript Preparation. Manuscripts must comply with the IJITL template, be free of plagiarism, and include a completed Author Statement Form. Manuscripts that do not align with the journal’s focus and scope will be desk rejected. Only manuscripts that meet IJITL standards will proceed to peer review.

Editorial Process and Decision-Making Policy: All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to evaluate their suitability, originality, and compliance with the journal’s scope and submission guidelines. Manuscripts that pass this stage proceed to peer review. The Editorial Team makes the final publication decision (acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection) based on reviewers’ recommendations, scholarly merit, methodological rigor, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope, in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics and editorial policies.

OJS is developed, maintained, and freely distributed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) under the GNU General Public License. The platform facilitates efficient manuscript submission, peer review, editorial management, production, and publication processes while supporting the dissemination of open-access scholarly content.
