Journal Management and Publishing System: IJITL uses Open Journal Systems (OJS), an open source journal management and publishing platform developed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) under the GNU General Public License (GNU GPL). This platform is used to manage the entire editorial workflow, from manuscript submission, peer review, and editing to online publication.
