OPEN ACCESS POLICY

The Indonesian Journal of Character Education Studies (IJCES) adheres to the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), which advocates for free and unrestricted access to scholarly research. In line with this commitment, IJCES provides immediate open access to all published content, based on the belief that unrestricted access to research enhances the global exchange of knowledge, encourages scholarly collaboration, and supports the advancement of education and practice in Character Education.

All articles in IJCES are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license permits users to share, copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and that derivative works are licensed under identical terms. Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant IJCES the right of first publication. Through this open access policy, IJCES seeks to eliminate financial and legal barriers to knowledge while upholding high standards of ethical, accessible, and responsible academic publishing.

  2. Author Rights: Authors retain copyright to their work by publishing in Indonesian Journal of Character Education Studies (IJCES), authors grant the journal the right to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher.

Reuse and Redistribution: Articles can be reused and redistributed for any purpose, including commercial use, as long as appropriate credit is given to the original work, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are indicated.   4. Accesibility: we ensure that the full text of all published articles is available in pdf format to the enhance eccessibility and ease of use.

  6. No Registration Required: Readers are not required to register to access any part of the journal content.
