Publication System and Editorial Workflow: JGMDS uses Open Journal Systems (OJS), an open-source journal management and publishing platform developed, maintained, and freely distributed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) under the GNU General Public License (GNU GPL). The platform supports the entire editorial and publishing workflow, including manuscript submission, peer review, editorial management, copyediting, layout editing, and online publication. By utilizing OJS, IJCP promotes efficient journal management, transparent editorial processes, and enhanced accessibility and visibility of scholarly content worldwide. Submission and Author Guidelines: Before submission, authors must ensure that they have read the Editorial Policies and the Guidelines for Manuscript Preparation. Manuscripts must comply with the IJCP template, be free of plagiarism, and include a completed Author Statement Form. Manuscripts that do not align with the journal’s focus and scope will be desk rejected. Only manuscripts that meet IJCP standards will proceed to peer review.

Editorial Process and Decision-Making Policy: All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to evaluate their suitability, originality, and compliance with the journal’s scope and submission guidelines. Manuscripts that pass this stage proceed to peer review. The Editorial Team makes the final publication decision (acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection) based on reviewers’ recommendations, scholarly merit, methodological rigor, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope, in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics and editorial policies ( Read Editorial Process and Decision-Making Policy).
 
Peer Review Process: IJCP employs a double-blind peer-review process. Manuscripts that pass the initial editorial screening are evaluated by independent expert reviewers, with the identities of both authors and reviewers remaining anonymous throughout the review process.
