The Editorial Team makes the final publication decision (acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection) based on reviewers’ recommendations, scholarly merit, methodological rigor, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope, in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics and editorial policies.
