Manuscripts that pass the initial editorial screening are evaluated by independent expert reviewers, with the identities of both authors and reviewers remaining anonymous throughout the review process. Journal Management and Publishing System: IJRIS uses Open Journal Systems (OJS), an open source journal management and publishing platform developed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) under the GNU General Public License (GNU GPL). This platform is used to manage the entire editorial workflow, from manuscript submission, peer review, and editing to online publication. This enables efficient journal management for IJRIS, transparent editorial processes, and greater accessibility and visibility for scholarly publications.
